The Principal Consultant of SH Management Ltd is a member of the Cambridge Sustainability Network (CSN) after successfully completing his Post Grad Certificate in Sustainable Business at the University of Cambridge Programme for Industry in 2007.
He is, as member of this international network of sustainability leaders from across the world, able to remain current on all of the latest thought ledership on carbon management and the wider sustainbility agenda. Stephen has during his time with the NHS worked closely with the The NHS Sustainable Development Unit, which provides expert advice and support to the NHS to help it become a more sustainable organisation environmentally, financially and socially. At an environmental level this includes addressing particular issues such as energy, travel, waste, procurement, water, infrastructure adaptation and buildings. Stephen has in particular specialised on sustainable procurement and utlised his supply chain management experience in reviewing complex supply chains and their impact on the carbon footprint of large NHS organisations.
Stephen can use his experience to baseline your current carbon usage and then make recommnedations on how to transfrom your organisation to reduce carbon usage and save money as well as becoming a responsible corporate citizen.
